From the moment you arrive at this two-bedroom one-and-a-half bath lakeside cottage, you’ll feel how special it is, as it sits on the south shore of lovely Moores Pond, facing a spectacular view of Mt. Grace. Welcome to Corkscrew Cottage! Small private cottages line the thirty acres of clear water that afford swimming, fishing, boating (up to 10 hp), and kayaking. The signature spiral stairs connect the first floor full kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bath with the upstairs bedrooms and bath.

The home is 115 years old with beautiful original details (slate roof, floors, window frames), updated to match modern life! I went to school in the Pioneer Valley and fell in love with the area. I purchased this home in the summer of 2020 and am back-and-forth between Greenfield and NYC.
