Our 1968 Bedford TK Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted into guest accommodation for 2 adults using repurposed materials to create a cosy, welcoming hideaway. It is the perfect base to explore the panoramic North Coast of Ireland with its many tourist attractions. There are a great selection of restaurants and quality coffee shops nearby.

It is situated in Galgorm village with excellent restaurants, shops, conveniences and Gracehill UNESCO world heritage site all within 5 minutes’ walk, & centrally located for Giants Causeway, Portrush and Belfast Titanic Visitor Centre. The comfortable living room has a working open fire, leading to an eat in kitchen which is well equipped and opens onto an enclosed patio. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family shower room. Centrally located between Belfast and The Causeway Coast, this unique property is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.

The apartment is a 30 minute drive from the stunning North Coast attractions and a 45 minute drive from Belfast. We can't wait for you to stay! Beattie's Byre is located not far from the local village of Broughshane, on our family farm. With forest walks, animal parks, golf courses, shops, play areas, coffee shops and restaurants within 5 miles there is plenty to explore or you can choose to stay on site where our garden and patio areas are complete with comfortable garden seating and hot tub overlooking Slemish Mountain. It has one spacious double bedroom and a sofa bed which can sleep another two guests. Guests will have access to the whole flat. All ameneties are within walking distance.
