Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Dog Friendly Beautiful Seawall Blvd Guest Suite(C)

Private and quiet self contained hotel style Suite located at the rear of the building including deck space with the gulf right across the street (not visible from the suite). Located in the heart of the seawall entertainment district, you’re walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. This space is ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4. 1 dog under 45 lbs allowed with pre-approval & the dog takes the place of a person. Birdhouse on the Beach is steps away from the beach and has an amazing view, in fact you basically drive on the beach to get to the house. The inside of the house is cozy and remodeled in January of 2021! The kitchen, bath, and living room were completely redone. A washer and dryer was added to the house along with 2 sets of bunk beds. Full kitchen and king size sleeper sofa. Located at the beautiful Maravilla Condos on Seawall Blvd with top of the line resort amenities and the beach right across the street from the property.

The Lookout Bungalow

I invite you to come relax in this calm, cozy modern beach bungalow. Every detail thought out for your rest and relaxation on vacation and enjoyment enjoyment. A comfortable queen size bed welcomes you to enjoy a peaceful night of sleep at the Lookout. This tiny house has a kitchenette that has a fridge, microwave and beverage makers. I provide coffee and tea and a few snacks for you upon arrival. The bungalow is located on the back of the property on the second floor of a back house.

This is a studio apartment with private entrance in beautiful, eclectic Bacliff. You're right on Galveston bay with an opportunity to wake up to Texas' most beautiful sunrises or just let the gulf air give you a moment of escape! The apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom (shower only). You'll have wifi and access to a washer and dryer. Bacliff is close to Galveston, Kemah Boardwalk, NASA, and (depending on traffic!) a 35 minute drive to downtown Houston or the Texas Medical Center.

Though backyard is shared with guests from front house it is very lush and has multiple sitting spaces for your own privacy.
