Apartment 75m2 big. Town of Garraf. Max capacity for 4 people. Sea views, 2 minutes from the beach. Quiet town and well connected by train or car, 15 minutes from Sitges and 35 minutes from Barcelona. Tourist rental for weeks from May to October. Monthly rent from October to May does NOT include services (water, gas and electricity). A deposit of €150 must be left in advance until the invoices are received. Please read and accept the house rules before booking. Tourist tax: 1€ per person/night.

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

Al igual que la mayoría de ciudades puede ser difícil aparcar, hay opción de alquilar una plaza de parking subterranea en un edificio cercano con antelación. CUARTO PISO SIN ASCENSOR.

A 500 metros parada de autobús a Barcelona que pasan cada 20 minutos. A 200 metros hay farmacias, supermercados, estanco, pista deportiva y restaurantes. Zona residencial.
