Welcome to our peaceful and beautiful wooded lot with plenty of parking for trailers and space to hike. 25 minute drive to bike trails between Lake leatherwood, Bentonville and Rogers. Master bedroom has a comfortable queen and walking closet. Second room has a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the livingroom. Amenities like internet, smart TV, mini fridge, cooking stove, coffee, utensils, plates, microwave, extra full bed if requested, bike wash station. Basement has a private entrance for guests.

The Shack

Bentonville has many superb restaurants, but we know how valuable it is to have the option of staying in. We aim for a slightly funky DIY aesthetic, as we bring some of our "Burning Man" sensibility to our home in Bentonville. We're located between the Town Square and the 8th Street Market. We're right off of the Razorback Greenway bike/walk trail & about a mile from Walmart HO.

Summit House is a trail-side retreat, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. TheBack40 trail (Summit School) is visible from the front door! Nestled among trees, this getaway affords its guests a bit of extra privacy. The interior is fresh and bright with a large kitchen and dining table, and a sun-kissed master bedroom. The guest bedrooms feature Murphy beds, and one easily doubles as an office. It is furnished with a pneumatic sit/stand desk and a leather high-rise chair.

While we are not directly situated on the water, Beaver Lake is just a 10-minute drive away at Starkey Marina, with the dam being just as accessible. Downtown Eureka Springs, with its vibrant atmosphere and charming attractions, is also conveniently located just 15 minutes away.

Timberlake Cottage. Your own little paradise just outside Eureka Springs. Small cottage on ridge above Beaver Lake 10 miles west of Eureka. Adjacent to but separate from main house which was originally built to replicate an Irish cottage. Studio style cottage includes bathroom with shower, small kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge & coffee maker. Outdoor bbq grill & seating. Private deck, secluded 6 acre setting at end of private road.

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals.
