Woning is gelegen op de 1ste verdieping van een wooncomplex bestaande uit 5 zelfstandige eenheden bereikbaar via een eigen trap, woning heeft geen lift. Om bij de woning te komen ga je eerst vanaf de straat door een metalen poort, via de kleine patio kom je bij de voordeur waar meteen de trap naar boven begint. Vrij parkeren op de straat.
