Nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch (5 min) erreichen Sie den Dorfkern mit Lebensmittelgeschäften, Restaurants und eine Busanbindung. Es trennen Sie nur wenige Autominuten von den Montiggler Seen oder dem Kalterer See, die Landeshauptstadt Bozen liegt ebenfalls nur 18 Fahrminuten entfernt. Das Apartment ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Bike - Touren und Ausflüge.

Supermarkt, Biobäcker, Apotheke, Spielplatz, Eisdielen, Restaurants, Bars und Pizzerias sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Schloss Freudenstein und weitere Schlösser sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Vicino troverete mercatini, caffè, negozi, supermercati, ristoranti, passeggiate pedonali, ciclovie e anche il Museo Archeologico. Massimo due persone. Solo non fumatori.

Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
