This characteristic villa has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have double bed, one room has a bunk bed. House is fully air-conditioned. Outside there is a swimming pool with deckchairs. Next to the pool there is an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs. There is also a gas grill. Newly furnished villa in Pinezići for 6 - 8 persons. The villa ANDRO has three double bedrooms (two of which have a private bathroom) and a total of three bathrooms. Nicely decorated living room, fully equipped kitchen as well as a laundry room are at your disposal too. Upper rooms have access to a balcony offering a beautiful sea view. The house is located close to the sea and many beautiful beaches and bays. Airconditioning (also in all bedrooms), floor heating, parking spot, private pool.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.
