Located in a peaceful area, 7-min walk from the city center and the same distance from the city beach. Our goal was to create an atmosphere where guests feel at home, providing them with everything they would need as if they were in their own home. Every detail, from high-quality equipment to comfortable relaxation areas, has been thoughtfully designed to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (davon ein Dreibettzimmer), die beide über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC sowie jeweils einen eigenen Balkon bzw. eine Terrasse verfügen. Die Bäder sind von den Schlafzimmern aus zugänglich. Handtücher und Bettwäsche gehören zur Ausstattung der Wohnung. Von der Küche aus haben Sie direkten Zugang zu einer weiteren Terrasse mit Meerblick. Alle Appartements sind mit SAT TV und WLAN ausgestattet und haben einen eigenen kostenlosen Parkplatz.

Sastoji se od potpuno opremljene kuhinje( perilica posuđa, perilica odjeće, mikrovalna, indukcijska ploča za kuhanje, toster, kuhalo za vodu, aparat za kavu ), velikog google tv-a sa netflixom, dva klima uređaja, dva balkona, televizora u spavaćoj sobi, tuš/c-a. My newly renovated apartment is all you need for a perfect vacation. It is located in the heart of the island of Rab in a very quite and peaceful place called Mundanije ,which is only 5 min driving distance from the vonderful old town of Rab. In another 10-15 min driving you can reach all the beautiful beaches in Lopar, Kampor or Pudarica. It is ideal place for relaxing. Due to its location it is also perfect for couples exploring the island Rab.

Für uns ist der September einer der schönsten Monate auf der Insel. Die Sonne strahlt mit wunderbar sanfter Wärme, die Luft ist klar, das Meer belebend und die Stille greifbar.

Our newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Rab, directly in the Middle street (Srednja ulica 20). The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... All of our guests can park for free on the huge parking Brdo which is located behind hotel Valamar Imperial, cca 8 minutes walking distance to the apartment.

Meine Unterkunft ist gut für paare, allein reisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) und große -Gruppen.

Gosti našeg smještaja imaju besplatno parkiralište na javnom parkiralištu, svega 50 m od stana. Tko želi doživjeti Rab na pravom je mjestu.
