Posizione eccellente, e tranquilla, supermercato a 2 minuti camminando. Dotato di bagno privato. 7 minuti da Rialto e 15 da San Marco. Comodo da raggiungere anche con le valigie, la fermata del vaporetto linea 1 (che porta alla stazione dei treni e dei bus) dista 2 minuti a piedi, su una superficie piana, senza ponti.
