We fell in love with this newer (2016) custom-built estate when trying to decide if we wanted to be in the mts. or by the ocean. This combines both the gorgeous views experienced when in a chalet amidst pine trees & water views with Cape San Blas in the distance.

Vintage Coastal Creek House

This great 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in the desirable Howard Creek community offers very affordable fishing and beach accommadations for 4 guests. It's a well known year-round fishing destination in Gulf County, Florida. There is a free, public landing, just two blocks from this property. Port St. Joe is only 17 miles (and 2 left turns) from this convenient location. It's pet friendly with a fenced in yard! The main screened in porch is LARGE with a door that opens into the fenced yard.

O'Neal's Fish Camp at Howard Creek - RV lot

Step back in time and disconnect on this private, .25 acre fenced in lot, directly across from Fisherman's Landing in the secluded Howard Creek Community. Has 2 full hook up sites and both have 30 and 50 amp service. Come alone or bring a friend with their RV. Cell phone service is very spotty and there's no WiFi. But walk across the street to the upper landing store and they might allow you to access their WiFi. Take a short walk or drive down the road and there's good Verizon service.

Gulf View/Free Paddle board/Beach cart/Pickle Ball

- Free Paddle board for use durning stay - 60 yards to beach side pool, and beach access - Everything you need for the beach is at the house, toys, chairs, floats, coolers, and beach cart provided by host - Gulf views from your private balconies, one of the best places to watch the sunset on the Cape - Propane grill - Parking for two cars - Strong wifi in entire home. Occasionally the entire Cape does experience network outages. - Washer and dryer - 2 pools, Pickle ball courts.

The Hummingbird

The perfect retreat. This 2 separate bedroom RV has all of the simple luxuries needed. Located close to everything. 1000 feet from the intercoastal boat ramp do not even need to get on the highway. Small semi private lake with access but mainly for the view of the water. 6 miles to Mexico Beach or St Joe Beach. 20 minutes to the Dead Lakes. 30 miles to Panama City.
