Welcome to Frankin! This is a beautiful Victorian duplex that is close to everything you need. One side of the house is the rental and my wife and I live on the other side. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Northampton and just minutes from Smith College. There is also a nice park a couple of blocks down the road as well!

This charming cape was built in the 1960's and was recently updated. It is less than a mile from the Williston Northampton School and the athletic fields. It is also a short walk to the center of Easthampton, Nonotuck Park and the Manhan Rail Trail.
