Escape to our Dream Chalet, located at 1830m near the Peaks of the Balkans and the legendary Accursed Mountain. This off-grid retreat is perfect for a family of four, running on solar power and blending with nature. Explore hiking trails steeped in local tradition, leading to Gjeravica and Lake of Tropoja. Close to the triple border of Kosovo, Montenegro, and Albania, it offers stunning views and flowing streams, and the comfort for your ideal mountain getaway, rich in legends and beauty.

Mirkos apartments

Apartments are settled on 2 km from city Berane. Very peacful place, great location for rest or longer staying.The interior is decorated with modern furniture, and also carefully selected decorative details.There is a fully equipped kitchen with the latest appliances, a comfortable living room, and a modern bathroom. Guests are provided with fast internet, air conditioning, washing mashine, and dishwasher. In special needs of the guests we can add garage for the car (add.fee +10€/night)

Under The ledge, a foot access only campground

Under Ledge is a small Eco-Camp in wild corner. It is a 1hr 40 minutes uphill in a very ruggy valley but will the option to take drive with our truck for almost half of it. Under The Ledge stands between a beautiful gorge and the biggest waterfall in Albania. It has 3 A frames huts, shared shower and toilet. The campground has a panoramic Veranda, small kitchen, grill and bone fire corner. The property stand as a base for multiple hiking trails and beautiful walls to do rappelling.

This wood cabin is standing on the top of our property. From this place you have the best view. At every side of the house you can see the mountains on there best. When you look at the pictures you can see that the two-personsbed is only available with a little stairs or you can sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. There is a place where you can make fire and make dinner on a bbq. at the terras we will serve breakfast every day from 1 mei till 1 oktober
