The flat is in the basement of a large family house - you will hear us above so please note this house is not suitable for people wanting excess p a e and quiet. Theres separate side access, entrance hallway, open plan lounge with pull down bed, main bedroom that leads to the en suite.

An idyllic stay just 5 minutes from Walthamstow Village, this flat sleeps four, with a comfortable sofa bed and doors to both the bedroom and living room. The space is gorgeous to spend some time in, even longer periods, with possibility for WFH comfortably where the extendable dining table doubles up as a desk. This is a real home, available on occasion when I travel, is just 1km from Epping Forest for country-side living in London Zone 3. A perfect getaway spot for your stay in London!

Cabin at the end of our garden. Private entrance and outside decked area with seating. Small kitchen with basic cooking facilities. Kings size bed plus small double sofa bed suitable for one adult or two smaller children. Separate bathroom with walk-in shower. Air conditioning / heater unit for all year round comfort. 3-4 minute walk to woodford underground on the central line and restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in Woodford Broadway. Free off street and on street parking available.

Our cosy home with a garden & parking (can fit two cars) is available for short term let. Three bedrooms: Master room has a king bed & en suite. Second bedroom has a single bed & third has a single/double bunk. There is a large family bathroom. TV- have Netflix and Amazon prime. WiFi available. We have children (and kids toys / games / books etc!) Am super happy for children to stay and have fun but would ideally say best for children over 5yrs. Please make yourself at home here!

You’ll love my place because it's one minute away from the station, 30 seconds from a supermarket, very quiet, roads in the estate is only for access to the properties and parking therefore there is no traffic. It's very modern and clean, ceiling to floor windows makes it light and spacious. Apartment have two double size bedrooms. It is on the second floor. we have good size garden at the back. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers, small families.
