You will have the entire place to yourselves with private entrance and courtyard garden. Free off street parking for 2 cars. The perfect, peaceful countryside location to unwind and relax, yet Harlow & Epping towns are just a short drive. Nearest train stations are Epping, Harlow Town, Harlow Mill, 15 mins by car. The Old Stables are in a courtyard, set back from Windhill, right in the heart of Bishops Stortford, close to restaurants, pubs, cafés and shops. Conversion of a historic coach-house and stables into a self-contained cottage which sleeps 4 or even 5/6 by arrangement. There is a high-ceilinged entrance hall with wood burner. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped. There are two double beds in the same room (one on a mezzanine floor above the other) and a double sofa bed in the dining area.

We aim to provide a luxurious stay in this 3 bedroom barn conversion which can sleep up to 6 people. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and we use B-Corp bedding, shampoos & conditioners.

The annexe is decorated to a high standard. it contains a kitchenette and shower room The bed room has a double bed, cable TV and internet, it also has a small table and chairs enough to eat or use as a workspace The annex very near the station about a 2 minute walk. with really good link to London, Stanstead or Cambridge. There are also local High St with small supermarket, restaurants and takeaways. We are also within walking distance of Superstores and a cinema.

The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The light and spacious living / kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and provides comfortable seating for all our guests.
