Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. Ideal location with Cabarrus Arena, Charlotte Motor Speedway less than 15 mins. away. Pets are more than welcome. The large yard is not fenced. High-speed wifi, no basic cable. My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light. It is the entire lower floor that includes a patio for outdoor relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV. Netflix for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.

An update on this listing. The county is currently working on installing a new waterline on a neighboring road and storing their heavy equipment on the same road as this Airbnb so occasionally throughout the day, especially the morning and evening there are beeping noises from the workers setting up and Ending their day. No complaints so far, but I want everyone to be aware. It hasn’t scared the deer off.

Colorful, unique and private guest suite. Approximately 750 sq feet. There is a huge bathroom with cast iron claw foot tub and walk in shower. A large sectional sofa and settee allow plenty of seating in the living room. The wet bar has a sink, mini refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The bedroom has a king bed (2 twin mattresses together), desk, closets and dresser.

Only smaller pets under 45 pounds are allowed with small added fee.
