Guests enjoy the exclusive and private use of the cottage and 8 acre property on Harstine Island. Harstine Isl. State Park and Jarrell Cove State Park are a short drive away w/ access to Puget Sound. A trail meanders through the woods in the back half of the property, behind a small orchard. Relax and warm up in the hot tub under a canopy of trees. We have very fast high speed wifi internet, great for tv/movie streaming/working remotely. We are about 1 hr 45 min drive from World Cup in Seattle.

The perfect waterfront retreat on beautiful Harstine Island, with private beach access. This 1967 A-frame has been newly restored to include amenities needed for a comfortable stay while retaining the cabin’s original charm. A spacious deck offers a relaxing place to observe the sunsets over the water, and our collection of local wildlife, including eagles, great blue herons, otters and seals. The pebble beach is easily accessed by stepping stones leading down a gentle slope to the water.

You can sit back and enjoy the view of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier from the deck (or from in the hot tub!), listen to the birds sing and the seals barking, and say hello to the friendly neighborhood deer. The house is comfortably situated in the middle of the Hartstene Pointe gated community, which has a number of great amenities for you to enjoy. Our favorite features are the 5 miles of walking trails and beaches all around the point, the pool and pickleball!

Enveloped in towering old growth trees this romantic getaway is built for a peaceful retreat or adventure. Walk along the beautiful sandy beaches and miles of wooden trails. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach. Other amenities - outdoor heated pool and tennis courts at the Clubhouse.

With a pristine, beautiful beach less than half a mile away, and pool and hot tub access (late May through early Sept.), you're sure to find plenty to do (or not do) during your stay! Island life awaits! *Please note this is a residential community and not a resort. No concierge services available on site.

Barbary Cottage, a cabin retreat in the woods

A hidden paradise located at The Pointe, on Hartstene Island. This gated community is located 30 minutes outside of Shelton on the North tip of the island. There is something for everyone in the family with a community pool and hot tub (OPEN SUMMER MONTHS ONLY), club house/community center, billiard & ping pong tables, basketball/pickle ball/tennis courts, kids play structures, cooking facilities/barbeques at the beach, 3.5 miles of private beaches and 5 miles of walking trails.

Harstine Island Waterfront Oasis

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful waterfront home. Lots of space to roam at our little sunset paradise. Watch the sunset from the large deck with 2 grills and lots of seating. Close to state park and marina with water access. Outdoor firepit and lots of room to play - outside yard games or indoor games and puzzles. Comfy beds (one is a sofa sleeper), Pack n' Play, washer/dryer and full kitchen stocked with all amenities. If you forgot to bring it we probably have it!

This cozy cabin is nestled in the woods, yet just a five minute walk down a campground like road to a private community beach. This fully remodeled and refreshed cabin is located within a gated community that offers a very peaceful, remote setting. You'll have access to adult and kid bikes, scooters, kayaks, kids books, games and several community amenities. Community amenities include a seasonal pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) , tennis courts, pickleball courts and clubhouse.
