A large, cosy rustic 1 room cabin with separate electric shower & toilet, & kitchenette. King size bed. Stunning countryside views, set in a private animal paddock at the top of our garden. Fantastic for dog walking. It’s situated on a rural lane in an AONB . Situated between 2 villages both with pubs & village shops, one is easily walkable but a car is recommended, or bikes. We are located between north & south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor & Dartmoor.

The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Burrow Hill Cottage is a pet friendly Rural property in a very peaceful location in the Blackdown Hills AONB. The perfect getaway to chill and relax. It is approximately 1 mile from Hemyock at the veryend of a no-through road, no passing cars, lots of wildlife, dark skies and footpaths from your door. The Cottage has plenty of character, very spacious rooms with exposed beams, large inglenook fireplace with log burner. Large private sunny south facing garden with decking area. SECURE FOR DOG

The Gaff with heated swimming pool and studio

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Quality, stylish self catering holiday accommodation for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Access for people with limited mobility - 1 bedroom + wet room on ground floor. Welcome to The Culm, our lovely cosy 1 bed maisonette situated in beautiful Devon in the Blackdown Hills an AONB. The Culm benefits from its own entrance and parking for 2 cars. We are lucky to be surrounded by glorious countryside with many walks on our door step. We are located on the outskirts of the village of Hemyock. Make the most of our lovely 13m indoor heated swimming pool, pool table (shared with owners). Dog friendly 🐶 We are situated between the north and south coasts.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Secluded cottage with breathtaking 360° views across the Blackdown Hills AONB. Bright, airy and beautifully furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen, utility room and spacious conservatory. Large private gardens feature mature shrubs, flowers, trees, a Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. Dog friendly. The cottage is 100m from the lane, with parking available. Access is via a gate and mown path across a field. Please note: there is no vehicle access to the cottage.

The Roost in the Blackdowns

The Roost is a modern self-contained loft with sofa bed and secure garage underneath, bordering pasture farmland. This peaceful small hamlet is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty without street lighting and with stunning views across the picturesque and hidden Culm Valley. There are country walks from your door, with pubs nearby. Dogs are welcome, but remembering that sheep and cows need to live in peace in the field right next door.
