The Davidson Studio has its own entrance, has a queen size bed, couch, dresser, fridge, stove, oven, shower, TV, WiFi. Everything you need for a quite stay. I am less than 2 miles to Downtown Davidson and lots of restaurants. The green way runs right in front of the house for walking or running. There is so much to love about our little blue house like the private and serene backyard; the park located just up the street; and the passthrough breakfast bar where you can enjoy your friends/family while preparing a meal to eat at the expandable kitchen table. Enjoy the coffee station with local coffee and espresso, cozy up on the couch with a good book, or get your group together for some fun with one of our many board games! Close to everything, yet a peaceful place for a mini getaway.

Cornelius Condo, centrally located.

This 2 bed/ 2 bath, ground floor condo is located in a lovely neighborhood north of Charlotte and is just 5 min. from Lake Norman. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens up to a spacious living/dining space perfect for relaxing and enjoying a nice meal. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and master bath w/ walk-in shower & dual vanity. The 2nd bedroom is spacious, and the 2nd bath has a shower/tub combo. One pet up tp 25lbs is allowed with $75 pet fee. Internet and TV are available.
