Perfectly located on the Tarka trail for cycling or walkin and within easy reach of great surf beaches, not to mention the beautiful Instow which is perfect for estuary walks and eating out. The town is nestled on a hill with 360 degree views of the countryside. A great base to explore North Devon’s beaches, rugged Moors and breath-taking countryside. The market town is in my opinion a gem, full of friendly people. The house is a wonderful place to gather with family and friends, don't take my word for it read all the 5 star reviews!
