It is a new house, was built in 2008 but we didn't use it, until June 2017 that we decided to put it for rent for Airbnb. 800 meters from the Potami beach of Lasithi, or 10 minutes walking with maps. 650 meters from the main road that has a bus stop with hourly schedules. 3.3 kilometers or 6 minutes with car from the city of Ierapetra. It is 127 square meters. It can be rented, always the whole, by 1 of up to 10 people.

Carefully restored village stone house on two floors, part of an original last century Cretan farming family home. The Patio house has complete privacy with its own entrance, blossoming terrace, outside garden area as well as a common fruit and vegetable grove and a large BBQ & sitting area. The view is unspoiled and overlooks the olive grove valley down to the sea.

Almost private beach, with great view to the sea. In south Crete, near the village Myrtos and west of the town of Ierapetra. With pine trees around, citrus and olive orchards, it is ideal for a quiet stay-family travel. It is a summer house for my family- my parents live permanently at the ground floor.
