Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλα εκείνα που διευκολύνουν τη διαμονή των επισκεπτών του, όπως κουζίνα, πλυντήριο, κλιματισμό, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα, αλλά και αντλία θερμότητας, η οποία προσφέρει ψύξη - θέρμανση όλο τον χρόνο.
