Your studio is walking distance to restaurants, cafe, bars, mini markets etc./ From its terrace you can enjoy amazing views of the Ionian sea, with its beautiful pristine sea and beaches.The terrace is SHARED with the studio next door, but each studio is independent.

Kate's Place is in a key unspoiled location of Kefalonia island. It is located at the edge of Karavomilos village, surrounded by nature with spectacular views across the blue of Ionian Sea and the island of Ithaca. Just a breath away from the center of the village but still a peaceful and tranquil location offering a lot of privacy. Also, only 1.5 km away from Sami small town and port where someone can find friendly taverns, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, cafe, bars etc.

Close to the town centre, sea front, bars & cafes. Guests under 6 years old do not pay (do not include them in the total number of guests when booking). The apartment consists of two bedrooms, the kitchen and livingroom, a bathroom and a balcony. It is located only 400 meters away from the main square, in a quiet place with beautiful view of the Vathy bay.
