Separate entrance, kitchen and bathroom, shared deck. PLEASE NOTE: there are STEEP STAIRS to the unit, and a NARROW SPIRAL STAIRCASE inside the unit. Ceiling in the bathroom is LOW. People with mobility issues may find these difficult. Bulky luggage may have to stay on the main floor. PLEASE read description carefully before booking.

Serene+relaxing environment. Yoga lovers-In a sunny day LR first to be filled with sunlight. DR next to receive sunlight. Kitchen is next. I find relaxing to do dishes with natural light around. BR some sun in the afternoon, next house 6-7 ft away. BR is conductive to relax before getting up to a sunny house (in a sunny day). I really love my yard, you're welcome :) **single night and 2 nights reservat.-flat rate $250/night plus $60 cleaning-msg me to adjust price in calendar.

Hi! Welcome to my beautiful place in the coolest part of Boston! Mine is a well-appointed two-story townhome on a quiet street in fabulous JP. My place has its own off-street parking spot, beautiful windows and light, central heat and air conditioning, and all modern appliances including dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas stove and oven, microwave, and even instant hot water! (Please note that my house is not child-friendly and is available for two people maximum.)
