Inside space is a full size couch that welcomes you along with the wood burning stove. See the flames through the glass and enjoy spectacular views of the Indian Peaks. There’s a staircase leading to the loft where you will rest on a queen size mattress. You’ll have complete privacy while enjoying the glamping experience of being in an insulated space with modern amenities such as WiFi, microwave and fridge. Blue Bear is off-grid, electricity is produced by solar. Full-size grill on the outside.

River/Mountain Getaway-Private, Large,In-Law Suite

Built in 2016, after our original home was destroyed in the Jamestown flood 2013, this basement apt. was created to provide housing for aging parents, friends and guests below our primary home. Wonderful, large 800 sq ft, open floor plan apt. However, the acre lot landscaping is still being reconstructed. Pets are allowed. We charge $15/day per pet. Also note, there is no fence on our property. There is a large open space park 300’ away as well as access to USFS 1/4 mile from your door.

Socially distance in a private suite in a beautiful mountain retreat with panoramic views of the mountains including the Continental Divide. The suite has it’s own private entrance, bathroom, and living area. It’s perfect for those who want to stay in a quiet, secluded area in the mountains, while still being only 10 mins drive from the Pearl Street Mall. We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.

It has a separate entrance, easy parking, a kitchen and grocery nearby. There are no shared spaces! We are a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You are able to walk to a coffee shop, grocery store and gorgeous Wonderland lake. We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable.

The space has been thoughtfully designed in order to maximize the square footage!
