SUNSET APARTMENT... This is a separate apartment in our family home at the seaside. The entrance is separate, and the apartment is furnished for full time living. The apartment has a Mediterranean garden with the biggest grill, and a lovely beach few steps away. The apartment has 2,5 rooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed, and second bedroom with 2 separate beds used for children mostly. In the living room there is a comfy fould out couch where 2 more people can sleep. Just like our garden, the apartment is quite unique to the last hand made detail. This year we renovated the kitchen in shabby chic style :) For all our guests, this has been the place to relax and leave all the worries behind. Layed back or active, here you can have Your perfect holiday. The spacious living room, with its cozy corner sofa, is perfect for evening gatherings. For added convenience, there is also a full bathroom on this floor. The Upper Floor - Upstairs, you will find 3 stylish bedrooms offering beautiful views. The sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate 8 guests in total. A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. Outdoor & Entertainment - Step outside to your private oasis featuring a stunning infinity pool. The courtyard is equipped with a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Bonus Areas & Parking - On the lower level in front of the house, there is a dedicated play and relaxation zone finished with artificial grass, perfect for children or sunbathing. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Apartman Amareta otvoren je za goste vec 9 godina. Stilski uređen apartman koji svake godine nadopunjujemo ili mjenjamo detaljima i sa ponudom. Apartman ce vas osvojiti na prvi pogled , a pogled koji se širi iz boravka , kuhinje i sa terase okrenut je prema moru. Boravak u apartmanu je vrlo ugodan zbog klime ali i pozicije. Apartman je opremljen klimom, ali i grijanjem,pa je zato otvoren 365 dana u godini. Pri dizajniranju apartmana gledali smo da je apartman praktican i stiliziran.
