Charming 3BR Nantucket Cottage by Town/Beach

Elegant, charming rose-covered cottage on Nantucket. Three BR, 2-1/2 bath + outdoor shower, sleeps 6 (w/one fold-out bed). Walkable to town and beach. Open floor plan, eat-in kitchen. Beautiful English gardens. “Pebble Cottage” is practically across the street from Something Natural, a wonderful deli/bakery. In the summer, there is a shuttle bus to town and beach that stops right outside on Cliff Road. Parking space available. Pebble Cottage is the smaller of the 2 houses on the property.

Romantic and Walkable to Town and Water, Queen Bed

The Middle House is one of three rentals on the property. It is five minutes from town, the inner harbor, parks, and trails. A sweet sitting area with a loveseat, two chairs, reading lights, and a television mounted can be viewed from the galley kitchen. Queen bed upstairs, a second bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer. There is air conditioning throughout the house and Art in each space. The shared outdoor space has four Adirondack chairs, a small picnic table, and a grill.

We care about the details like ironed sheets, good pillows, new mattress, & fluffy towels.! We don't provide parking & discourage bringing a car. Parking at a premium in season.

There is a 3 piece private bathroom with washer/dryer. A full size pull out sofa is available in the very large kitchenette/game room. A 300 sq/ft comfortable sitting room with sofa, cable television, wine fridge and high top table is for your exclusive use. A private entrance allows guests to come and go freely.

Two-bedroom/ 1.5 bath suite in a restored historic building in Town and the only unit in the building accessed through the original front door. Refurbished in 2025, the unit combines Nantucket style with modern accents and upgrades. Minutes from Main St, walking distance to Steps Beach, and near free public transportation. There is a shared patio in the back of the building with a gas grill and table. NEW for 2026 season: blackout shades in primary bedroom; beach chairs and coolers!

Great for families. Mill Pond Apartments is a short walk from the center of town and ferry docks. Spacious yard with access to grill. Outdoor seating and picnic area. 1 off-street parking spot per rental. This is a family style rental, no parties permitted. Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM. Please note that we have a minimum rental of 5 nights per week during the peak season in July and August.

The Mermaid Suite is an efficiency apartment within walking distance to Nobadeer, Stones and Fisherman's Beaches.
