Hummingbird Hollow, aka Schoppee House, is a lovingly updated two bedroom cottage nestled between the ocean and state park land. Enjoy ocean views, salt air, and the sound of waves. A quick walk to the beach or pond, you’re not too far away to run back for lunch or take an afternoon nap. Also, the house is fully heated and is suitable for the cooler months!

Enjoy the upper deck while getting lost in a book, grilling dinner or sneaking away to the private outdoor shower space. From the deck, you can access the downstairs where you will find an additional bedroom, bathroom and porch/deck.

Situated in the heart of a small lobster fishing village, Bridge View is a stylish, 3 bedroom cottage with renovated boat lounge. Bridge View is the perfect place to unwind and watch the lobster boats go by. It's also ideal for experiencing Downeast culture up close. Go for a stroll around the fishing village; buy fresh lobster from the docks; hike beautiful Great Wass nature preserve; or just use the house as a base to explore Bar Harbor, the bold coast, Eastport, Campobello and more.

Just 100 feet from the public entrance to Sandy River Beach, famous for soft sand, sea glass, and dramatic tides. Explore Bar Island at low tide, too. Just a short distance from Great Wass, Jasper Beach, Roque Bluffs State Park, the Bold Coast, Quoddy Head State Park, and hundreds of other adventure opportunities in downeast Maine.

A simple retreat after exploring Downeast Maine, Acadia National Park, Campobello Island or hiking the nearby nature trails on Great Wass Island and the Bold Coast Trail.

The River Dome

Escape into nature with a stay in one of our luxury domes. Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc, as well as coffee and tea. Private bathroom with a toilet, shower, and essential toiletries. Two queen size beds with a loft space. The outdoor area includes a BBQ, private electric hot tub, and patio furniture. Kayaks are available during the summer months, as well as a communal fire pit. **Please note, there is a short walk down a hill to get to the dome**

Perched on a bluff overlooking two of Maine's beautiful tidal rivers, it’s home to bald eagles, osprey, and harbor seals and boasts a dazzling night sky and dynamic water views. Bella Vista is a cozy, 2 bedroom house with views of Englishman's Bay and Roque Island. The house is set just a few feet away from the soft white sand of Sandy River Beach. You will enjoy magnificent ocean views and comfy accommodations. Stroll the ½ mile sandy beach collecting sea glass and other treasures washed in by the waves. At low tide, hike across the sand bar to explore a nearby island.

Drink your morning coffee as you walk the farm's picturesque blueberry fields and shoreline. At night, enjoy sitting around a cozy campfire toasting marshmallows.
