Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Under The ledge, a foot access only campground

Under Ledge is a small Eco-Camp in wild corner. It is a 1hr 40 minutes uphill in a very ruggy valley but will the option to take drive with our truck for almost half of it. Under The Ledge stands between a beautiful gorge and the biggest waterfall in Albania. It has 3 A frames huts, shared shower and toilet. The campground has a panoramic Veranda, small kitchen, grill and bone fire corner. The property stand as a base for multiple hiking trails and beautiful walls to do rappelling.

The neighbour’s dogs might pop by to judge your snack choices. Birds will wake you up, the views will calm you down. You might get recruited to herd livestock in your pyjamas or find a sheep judging you parking. The air smells like freedom and your shoes will never be the same.
