Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km asphalt), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. Its western orientation and panoramic sea views provide guests with unique and spectacular views of sunsets into the sea. The entilre construction (using stone, wood, glass) completely respects the local architecture and the natural landscape.

Το κέντρο του νησιού η παραδοσιακή Ιουλίδα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 8 χλμ και είναι ιδανική για να θαυμάσετε το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Είναι ιδανικό για ένα ζευγάρι ή μια παρέα φίλων.

Cosy Studio 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchen in Vourkari. The studio is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The studio has a king size bed, AC,TV,WIFI and a large veranda . The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, close to all restaurants and bars .Gialiskari beach is 5 minutes away. Unfortunately we can't keep luggage and Staying after checkout is charged and depends on availability
