Welcome to the ocean view half duplex cottage rental with deeded access to oceanfront in Cocagne NB. Our small cottage is located along the beautiful Acadian coastal route. We are less than an hour away from the Moncton airport, Shediac, Moncton, Parlee beach, Bouctouche dunes boardwalk, 2 wharves and other interesting summer destinations in New Brunswick. We have a large private yard where your family can eat under the trees and for your kids to run and play! Open for reservations this summer.

The Thirsty Rose

This cozy little 2 bedroom cottage holds charm and character. It boasts high vaulted ceilings with authentic barn beams. The stone hearth fireplace is the focal point of the living area where large windows bring in loads of natural light and overlook the bay. The screened in sun porch is the perfect place to relax or enjoy a meal. The Thirsty Rose cottage features hand made stained glass, pottery, and tiny art creatures scattered about. There is access to the beach, a fire pit, and barbecue.

Our Rustic Country accommodations offer you quiet comfort in a rural New Brunswick setting. Drink refreshing deep well water, fall asleep to the sweet smell of cool country air to the sound of crickets, enjoy the simple pleasure of picking wild berries in season.
