We are offering a upstairs guest suite in our home in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. We live in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Kentville ,New Minas ,Wolville. We have a pool and deck with a BBQ in season that we will share. We are close to popular hiking / snowshoeing trails ,wineries and shopping. The Nook is a fully furnished, main-level suite located in the Town of Kentville, only steps away from the Valley Regional Hospital. The home is located within walking distance of the Harvest Moon trail, sports arena, tennis courts, swimming pool with splash pad, playgrounds, and many nearby restaurants, cafes, and pubs. The Bay of Fundy and many local wineries are only a short drive away. The space is perfect for a couple, featuring a king-size bed and everything needed for a comfortable stay!

This is a 2 separate unit home. The apartment upstairs is very bright with natural light, it is fully furnished with everything you need. Has private entry. Its located upstairs of the owner of the house, who lives in the 2nd unit downstairs. Its located in a residential area that is centrally located in the downtown Kentville core. Minute walking distance to all cafes, pubs, cider place, museums, hospitals, parks, schools, public pool, slash pad, tennis court, basketball court and shopping.

A modern designed, newly built apartment in a fantastic location that is a few minutes walk to everything in Wolfville. The 1 bedroom apartment consists of a queen size bed, a full kitchen and bath, seating for 4 in the living area, a dining table, bar seating, and a small outdoor patio space. The apartment is fully detached from our house and above the garage. There is a smart TV and WiFi as well as Air Conditioning and on site parking for one vehicle. This is a pet and smoke free apartment.

WELCOME to the Guesthouse @ 303! We welcome you to our new Guesthouse. Two bedrooms on the upper level with the kitchen, living and bathroom on the main level make it ideal for families. Air conditioning, brand new appliances including washer and dryer and a Roku TV. We love our furry friends so we are conditionally pet-friendly. You must request pre approval for your small breed pet then we will navigate together the additional cleaning fee at that time. No partying or smoking, please!

The home is directly across from a local public school and minutes away from NSCC and Valley Regional Hospital.

Welcome to The Loft! This is a private second floor unit. The Loft is available year around. We are located on a beautiful golf course with beautiful views. We offer private independant living with your own private entrance. Unit does not have a stove it does have lots of kitchen gadgets to make almost any meal. There are no added cleaning fees. Close to hospital,Kentville,Coldbrook and New Minas. Minutes off of the 101 exit 13.Clean, modern and safe units.
