Nestled in the leafy suburb of Dore, on the edge of the Peak District and Sheffield. Self contained garden studio, with open plan kitchen/living room, shower room and upstairs attic style bedroom with double bed , sloping ceiling with some restricted height,& garden view. Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Beautiful olde worlde cottage with two good sized double bedrooms and practical living area. Low ceilings make it atmospheric but do watch your heads! Perfect for business use, the cottage is just next to the bus route and close to M1 for a journey stopover. Ideal to stay in for events at Aston Hall, just down the road, or in Rotherham or Sheffield, with bus stops to both 2 min away. Shop and pub in very easy walking distance. Great for access to Crystal Peaks and Meadowhall too.

We are situated about 50m from the main road and bus stops for regular direct buses to Sheffield/Chesterfield . Dronfield has a train station providing an hourly service direct to London. 1 mile from the Derbyshire countryside, 10miles - Chatsworth House, 12 miles - Bakewell.
