Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage, aber inmitten der Natur, in einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus, dem Glunhof: im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren etwa in die nahegelegenen Dolomiten, im Winter ein perfekter Standort für Wintersportler; das bekannte Grödnertal beispielsweise liegt in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Künstlerstädchen Klausen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten über den Radweg erreichbar.
