Master suite is a studio like space with 5 minutes from downtown raleigh, Very close to Walnut Creek amphitheater. perfect for traveling nurses, long-term contract workers, visiting family etc. Small fridge, toaster oven, microwave, dishes. Master bathroom walk in shower, claw foot tub, full closet, kitchenette for longer stays NOTE we are getting some trees trimed and there is some yard debris (branches ) on the very back of the yard, we are also working on leveling it. Nestled in between the Mordecai and Historic Oakwood neighborhoods, this property is in a peaceful neighborhood close to everything in Raleigh. From the property you can walk to the Oakwood dog park or Raleigh's best coffee shop (the Optimist) OR take a quick Uber to Person St, S Glenwood or your favorite downtown location.

Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
