Välkommen till insta @Frykstaladan. Den ligger 50 m från den sagoomspunna sjön Frykens södra ände. Detta unika boende har en helt egen stil som har vuxit fram under de fem år som vi byggt om ladan. Högt i tak och gott om utrymme både inne och ute. Allt är nytt och fräscht. Perfekt ställe för vila och rekreation. Villa Östervik ligger i utkanten av Kristinehamn på vägen mot Karlstad. Stora sociala ytor både inne (250 m2) och stor terrass (200m2) Huset har tre plan Plan1 hall, vardagsrum, sovrum, wc och kök Plan2 kontor/ arbetsyta, och tre sovrum och badrum med dusch. Källaren har tvättstuga. Det stora fantastiska köket är på 50kvm med stort bord med plats för 8 personer. Stor terrass i söderläge med pool, jacuzzi med bastu och dusch samt utekök med pizzaugn och grill med utsikt över sjön Vänern.

Secluded Lakeside Cabin Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lakeside retreat. Enjoy a secluded stay with very few neighbors that are out of sight. The cabin sits 10 meters from the lake shore with a private dock. The lake is large and there is a row boat for guest usage. The cabin has one full bedroom and one spacious sleeping loft with two beds and additional storage space. It also has one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a fireplace and access to a porch with a fantastic view.

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

Välkommen till Snickargården i natursköna Stora Mosshult, Tiveden! Här hyr ni ett charmigt nyrenoverat hus byggt 1886 med plats för upp till 8 gäster. I huset finns alla bekvämligheter från våran tid men med sparade detaljer från förr. Vandringsleder och badsjö finns inom gångavstånd. Tivedens sevärdheter ligger på nära avstånd och går att nå med cykel eller bil. Sängkläder, handdukar och slutstädning ingår. Vi kan tyvärr inte ta emot husdjur, då många av våra gäster är pälsallergiker.

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.

Skagern Lake House

A lake house above average, the house was built in 2020. The house is located in a small neighbourhood area, there is also a newly built loft in a building next to the lake house which will be available to rent as well. The loft has space for 2 people, with access to a double bed, without toilet and water. This will accessible in the original lake house. We do not accept animals in the house.
