5 Bdrm 3 Bath Lakefront w/Hot Tub near Camelback

A complete top-to-bottom remodel with nothing but the best furnishings on a beautiful lakefront property. Enjoy 2 enclosed porches, 2 family rooms with 2 wood burning fireplaces, and a Bar and pool table to just name a few items for family and friends to enjoy. The main family room has 20 foot vaulted ceilings and a wall of glass on the entire back of the house to overlook the lake. The dock area has it all, including fire-pit, and 2 decks where you can tie off our row boat, and 3 person kayak. The lake is great for swimming because its so clean and absolutely crystal clear. The lake is great for boating as well and has great fishing for large and small mouth bass, pickerel, and sun fish for the kids to catch right off the dock. The house sleeps 16 with 5 Bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas (Queen and Full). We ordered the upgraded foam mattress on the queen sleeper so its extra comfy and not like your ordinary sleeper sofa. The master has a king bed, and there are 3 rooms with queen beds, and another room with a full-over-full bunk bed. The property is close to all the shopping areas and attractions including 5 miles to a grocery store, 5 miles to Mt Airy Casino, 8 miles to Kalahari Water Park, 12 miles to Camelback Mountain Ski and Water Park. House is equipped with high speed broadband wifi throughout house. There are 2 55 inch Smart TV's with Netflix already logged in waiting for movie night in either Family room, and Master bedroom. With so many different living areas inside and out, a large family or group of family's can truly spread out and enjoy themselves without feeling crowded. The spacious deck is just steps from your own private dock which allows you to kayak at your leisure.

Welcome to Blue Gem House, a peaceful retreat just 2 hours from NYC and Philly. This lake house turns into a winter cabin during cold season. It comfortably sleeps 6 adults, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We're only 15-25 minutes from Kalahari indoor water park, Camelback ski resort with snow tubing, Mount Airy Casino, and outlets. Perfect for families and friends, with a playground and a fire pit at the back. We are dog-friendly, with $50 pet fee per stay.
