If you prefer to be out and about town, meander through the neighborhood streets of 5 Points, while perusing all the unique historical homes, or walk towards the heart of 5 Points to enjoy food, fun, and culture. A short 5-minute walk to Foley Field and Butts Mehre Heritage Hall, and under 10 minutes to 5 Points and UGA campus.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).

LOCATION!! - it is an easy one block walk to all the wonderful restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, pubs and shopping in Five Points. Sidewalks right in front of the main house beckon you to stroll through the beautiful historic neighborhood or walk on down to UGA's campus (.6 mi). Downtown is also an easy 2 mile ride just down the road.
