Seize this opportunity to stay in a Frank Lloyd Wright treasure! Mahogany accents have been meticulously restored, and the gardens are in full bloom throughout the season. Awarded the Seth Peterson Cottage Conservancy's 2019 Visser Award for Outstanding Restoration of a FLW House and the 2021 Wright Spirit Award in the private category. Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).
