With the occasional visit from deer and other wildlife, and farm fresh eggs from our chickens, you'll feel like you're in the country with the convenience of being in town.

Enjoy the covered porch with comfortable patio furniture and a relaxing hot tub.

Lake Stevens North Cove Beach House

Amazing view of Lake Stevens from this upper-floor guest house. Enjoy almost 700 sq ft of living space and 168 sq ft of deck overlooking the lake. Slide open the two 3 ft wide barn doors to access the private sleeping area with a queen bed and there is a Stanton sofa bed in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen, full bath, and a huge live edge bar for beautiful sunset dining. Enjoy relaxing days on the water in North Cove, which, after 1:00 pm, is the only "no wake zone" on the lake.

The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Come enjoy your quiet retreat in this custom remodeled shipping container nestled within hundred-year-old pine trees. In this 1-bdrm cabin you will find everything you need to make your stay special! We are 36 miles from Steven's Pass and even closer to many hiking trails. You are minutes away from a park with playground, soccer fields and trails down to the river. If you are looking to stay in, we have a beautiful deck with seating, an outdoor firepit and a large yard for use.

Welcome to the Ole' Treehouse Mill! Come see forest critters, and mountain views from this one of a kind getaway! I dedicated a year to reclaiming this structure from a mill previously located near Seattle that was set to be demolished to make room for high density housing. Not only did I wish to save this building, I wanted to create a peaceful and romantic place where lasting memories would be made. As the cities grow, I believe special places like this become more important.
