Nestled at the base of the mtns, 10-15 mins from Red Rocks, Downtown Denver, and Historical Golden, this is the perfect location to hike, bike, or climb while enjoying the city’s restaurants, breweries, and museums. 8 guests/3 cars will have full run of the newly remodeled, 2,400sqft townhome, featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 balconies, patio, oversized backyard, new appliances, TVs, fooseball table, gas grill, and fire pit.
