Lovely wooden cabin at the bottom of garden, very close to river, with separate access via a side walk along the main house. 5 minutes walk from a diving platform for wild river swimming. Walk to Totnes high street in 15-20 minutes along main road, or take the 20-30 minute beautiful riverside walk. The house is very close to the cycle route to Dartington/Totnes. We are also only a 20 minute (uphill) walk to Dartington Hall. Beaches 20 minutes drive away, Dartmoor national park 20 minute drive.

Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

This spacious one bedroom barn overlooks the courtyard and features a four-poster bed private bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub for 2. A fully equipped kitchen plus washer/ drier. The property sleeps 2 persons as standard and our pricing is based on 2 guests. There is a sofa bed available in the property which can sleep 2 additional guests, ideal for kids or friendly adults.
