Welcome to Quercus Residence, a spacious 58-square-meter one-bedroom apartment in the serene village of Tudorovići, offering stunning views of Sveti Stefan and the Budva Riviera. Enjoy the panoramic Adriatic Sea views from your private terrace, making this apartment an ideal escape for couples or small families. We have 4 apartments of the same kind in our villa. The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for extra guests. This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
