Built in 1837, this three bedroom, 1 1/2 bath farmhouse sitting on 110 acres along Will Creek, the start of Wills Knob with Wills Mountain to the south was first transacted in 1728 when a Shawnee Indian known as "Will" sold 1000 acres to Benjamin Tomlinson for $30 and an old Rifle. This 110 acres was part of that 1000 acres! Farmhouse is registered in the Maryland Historic Society and has been restored to original floors from 1837 and original staircase and living room walls. There is a potential noise (although not enough noise to bother most guest) This completely private apartment is located on the first floor of a three level building. There is another Airbnb above this unit, and an owners area below this unit. Also, the apartment is located on a Main Street, If you are a light sleeper this may not be the unit for you.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. The camper has a full set of dishes, pots and pans as well as extra pillows, blankets, towels, and washcloths. The stove is a propane stove with 4 burners. Cleaning supplies are also available. When guests check out I go through and clean the entire camper. It has an instant hot water tank and a roof mounted A/C unit and portable electric heaters. Deer 🦌 feed is available for an extra charge of $5 for a gallon sized bag.
