He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. This is a little slice of Heaven… Your cabin has high bluff waterfront amazing views, overlooking the Salish Sea… It literally overlooks Freshwater Bay, Vancouver Island, & San Juan Islands, & Victoria BC. (Walking access is only 2 mi away). We are nestled in the middle of the gateway to Olympic National Park, and everything this area has to offer. We are only 10 miles from Port Angeles. And, we know you will enjoy and love your stay, "By the Sea".

A-Frame Away on the Olympic Peninsula w/Hot Tub!

Our small A-Frame is nestled in the mountains between beautiful Port Angeles and Sequim, Washington. Our location offers you a central stay to many of the Olympic National Park activities. While the A-Frame is near our home and has two neighboring houses slightly visible it resides in a private nook amongst the trees. We share a driveway, but you have a designated parking spot. Outside you can enjoy your private deck, hot tub, fire pit, hammock, chicken coop, or walk down the gravel road.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. Tools and materials are kept out of sight, but you may notice some unfinished details. Due to continued progress, appearance may vary.
