The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower. Cosy spacious flat is ideal as a base to explore West Wales. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use due to balcony floors being replaced hence the reduced price. No work over weekends

There is no enclosed garden area and the spaces are open. The cottage is based in a quiet rural area but close to shopping centres, tourist attractions and castles.
