Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

Retreat to this oasis of calm in leafy Crouch End after a hectic day in London. Beautiful newly renovated suite on the top floor of a Victorian house. Main bedroom has a queen size bed and patio. Separate sitting room with views of Alexandra Palace and a concealed king bed. Would suit two couples travelling together, two singles or a small family. Private bathroom and kitchen. Easy access to Finsbury Park with its excellent transport links all across London. Very experienced host as well!

Double bedroom in a beautiful 4 bedroom Victorian house set on a quiet road close to Brockley station and Crofton park station. Very convenient for London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch but you can also get to Bond Street and Waterloo in around 30 minutes from door to door. You’ll love my place because of the light, comfy bed, beautiful decor and peaceful location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers on shorter term trips. Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the top floor, a typically English style double room, perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests. Our prices are inclusive for bed and Breakfast. Welcome to 'Room at the Top' in a Victorian house overlooking a park in Zone 2 vibrant South East London. Well connected to Zone I tourist sites, east London business districts, Trinity Laban, Goldsmiths University and World Heritage site Greenwich with it’s beautiful park, museums, market and a university. This lovely room is approached by its own staircase and is very private. Tea and coffee is provided in the room Breakfast is included in the price.

Kew Garden Cabin

A London getaway, in the heart of Kew Gardens, ideal for visiting the Royal Botanic Gardens or The National Archives, both of which are a 10 min walk from us. Alternatively, central London is only a 40 min Tube ride away. This private and independently accessed cabin offers visitors a snug oasis in the rear of our garden and we will be on site to welcome you, and to 'show you the ropes'.
