Situated just above the "Sunset beach" in Lapad bay area.You will have: whole apartment (75m2) for yourself, dinning terrace (30m2), chill-out terrace (50m2) / a private garden area and a private parking. Apartment is part of the "Marijan” gallery built by Marijan Kockovic, a world renowned artist. Moderno obnovljena stara kuca od kamena, u ruralnom dijelu, okruzena velikim plantaza etericnog bilja. Prostrana terasa i lijepo uredjena okucnica, idealna su za odmor. Kuca ima veliki dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, kupaonicu i spavacu sobu. U spavacaj sobi se nalaze dva krevata (180x200 i 160x200) i dva pomocna kreveta na rasklapanje (90x190).
