Cró na Trá sits on the shore of a sheltered Atlantic bay with access to our private, sandy beach. The cottage sits up on the slope above our smaller Mickey's Cottage (also sleeps 4) with huge sea and beach views. Five minutes drive (3km) to shops (7 days a week), and a choice of three village pubs. Spend your days in rockpools, or reading in your private cove, then home to the turf fire and fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves. NB - Cró na Trá may be better value on Under the Thatch.

Stunning, one off architects home by the sea

Amazing architects home nestled on Traighenna Bay. Completed in 2017 and available for 90 days of the year only. Stunning views in extremely peaceful area. Ideal for touring Donegal and the whole northwest or just sit and relax at this amazing property. With direct access to the bay and some of Donegal's best sandy beaches (Dooey, Portnoo etc.) are just a short drive away. Red Deer are regularly seen between the house and the bay at both dawn and dusk along with lots of other smaller wildlife.

Cosy, rural Thatched cottage

The Rockhouse - a refurbished, traditional cottage set in generous landscaped grounds, including a small wood and stream. A peaceful location to relax and unwind in, with no TV but good WIFI. An ideal base from which to explore the Wild Atlantic Way, the new Blueway to Arranmore and the scenery of The Rosses and Donegal. Several beaches are a few minutes drive away and numerous walks around the surrounding area. Dungloe (An Clochan Liath) is only a 6km drive with bars, restaurants and shops.

Stunning Architects' Villa for 6 near beach

Near many of Irelands best beaches, Dooey, Portnoo etc Comfortably sleeps 6 in three large en-suite bedrooms, with dramatic panoramic views on all sides to the beach, Glenveagh National Park, Mount Errigal and the Atlantic. Perfect central base for exploring Donegal and the northwest. 5 acres of wild mountain land, 5 min drive from sandy beach. Good WIFI & fantastic showers.

Donegal Thatch Cottage

Paddys thatched cottage is a recently renovated property built circa 1880 set on 7 acres of farmland & still retains the original features/character including the internal exposed stone wall & large fireplace making it very cosy. This area is very popular for trail walking in the hills or the purpose built walkways. Outdoor activities are plentiful such as kayaking, sea swimming, guided rock climbing & golfing. If the weather doesn't permit you can always light the stove & put the feet up.

Dooey Hill Cottage - Beach Front

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Dooey Hill Cottage is nestled on the hillside by Dooey beach with Atlantic views, overlooking beautiful Traigheana bay (Bay of the Birds) and the mountains of Donegal. It is on 6 acres including shoreline, secluded yet only 5 minutes drive to local shops and pubs with traditional music and food, and a further 10 minutes to the town of Dungloe with several supermarkets, a bank and numerous traditional pubs and restaurants.

This four bedroom house is situated on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean with Unrestricted Panoramic views, within walking distance Cruit offers beautiful beaches, coves and scenery, it is well known for its 9 hole golf course and club. It is a 15 min drive to Donegal Airport and the beautiful weather blue flag beach of Carrickfinn. In local nearby village of Kincasslagh which is only a 5 min drive you have the Viking bar & restuarant, and also supermarket and post office.

Red Door Studio

Looking for the ideal getaway to relax? Come to our wee haven of peace! This unique Studio is located on a quiet back road, only a short distance from Dungloe's Main street (less than 5 mins drive and approx. 15 mins walk). On the property, you can walk along the little stream and through the woods up to the splendid lake view. During your visit, we recommend you go on a few nice hikes (greatest view points and landscapes) and wander on the country's best beaches!
