Upstairs apartment for rent in historic house in Summerville. Private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 Bath, Living room, office, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Keurig and ice maker. Minutes from downtown and the Medical District. Complimentary refreshment bar stocked with coffee and tea, bottle water, sodas and snacks. Guest must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. Access to the main house is closed. We do have dogs in the main house, they do not have access to the upstairs apartment.

Comfortable antique cabin in the countryside. One bedroom with twin beds, and loft with full mattress accessed by ladder. Bath with shower and kitchenette with micro, fridge, stove, toaster and coffee maker. In ground swimming pool. Rear porch and yard look out on pastureland with cattle, goats, poultry, and sometime the horse. Pond fishing available. Convenient to I-20. Cabin is over 150 years old and rustic. It is very small, but has what you need. Small older TV and WiFi internet (Comcast).

Unique country cottage. You have your own little cottage with I bedroom and loft and a small kitchen. There is also a beautiful pond for swimming, fishing or canoeing. A beautiful 1/2 a mile walk to Rocky Comfort Creek where you can fish or relax. Lots of animals around the farm. A kids paradise! Just come and enjoy a relaxing day in the country. A 15 min. drive to town and restaurants. There is no tv or WiFi in the cottage so be prepared to relax and reconnect with how life used to be!

The Waynesboro City Park, Waynesboro Pond Park and the Burke County Museum are all within walking distance and downtown shops & restaurants are just minutes away. Augusta, home of the Masters, is only 30 miles away and Historic Savannah is less than 100 miles away.

Walmart is 5 minutes away the other direction in Waynesboro.

Entire lower level guest suite is both comfortable has private entrance, separation from upper level of home. I enjoy meeting new friends and welcome a diversity of people.
